OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE - Community Arts Forum

CAF can offer office space to groups and small businesses at a reasonable cost. Currently there are three desks available. The facility fee includes electricity, gas, cleaning, security, building insurance and maintenance. Users are required to provide their own telephone and computer and internet connection (lines are installed at each workstation).

The building is 11 years old and fully meets the requirements of disability legislation.

Facilities include:

• A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker and dishwasher
• A meeting room is available for use free of charge to all tenants
• A photocopier capable of printing pamphlets and postcards.

The CAF premises are on ground floor level and overlook Writers’ Square facing St. Anne’s Cathedral in the burgeoning Cathedral Quarter, ideally situated for visiting Central Library, local pubs and restaurants and attending the many arts events taking place in the area.

For further information or to make arrangements to view the office, please contact Kate on 028 9024 2910 email kate@caf.ie.
