Copius Communications

Copius Communications is a subsidiary arm of the Copius Consulting Family and Group of Companies.  Like all of the Copius companies, Copius Communications only provides their services to the community and voluntary sector.  Copius Communications was set up following extensive consultation with community groups across Northern Ireland.  It became apparent that some private sector telecoms companies were taking advantage of the sector after analysing the annual communication costs of some small community based organisations.  Copius Communications have now entered into a formal sole exclusive contract with BT to provide flexible, cost effective and simple communications solutions to the sector.  After 9 months of negotiation, Copius Communications can proudly say that we are the only organisation in Northern Ireland that can offer these rates and can only be purchased by non-profit organisations in Northern Ireland.  Copius Communications offer the following services;

  • Mobile phone sales (including Smart Phones)
  • Mobile phone contracts (ranging from 30 days - 24 months) and bespoke to each organisation
  • Mobile Broadband
  • Landlines
  • Cloud and Web Based E-mail / Servers
  • Laptop computers and monthly rentals
  • Customer Relationship Managament Systems

Copius Communications offer a one stop shop for the sectors communication needs and is working startegically to try and help the sector save over £2.5 million a year in annual communication costs across the sector.  All our deals offer unlimited texts free of charge and unlimited landlines.......and the more organisations that utilise the Copius Network, the more we can collectively save the sector.

Copius Communications also manage all billing enquiries, all technical enquiries and are at hand 24 hours a day.  All clients are appointed with their own client manager.  No more automated call centres!

To find out how much we can save you, and how flexible we can make your solution, just give us a call on the number below.

Copius Communications - Connecting yOUR Communities

Copius Priority Club

Welcome to the Copius Priority Club.  The Copius Priority Club is part of the wider Copius Consulting Family and the Copius Group of Companies.   Our priority club is a specific annual membership scheme for community and voluntary sector organisations across Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.

Whilst their is a monthly subscription for the membership, our members get access to a bespoke support service which is specific to their own organisation.  We have 4 different targeted memberships;

  1. Sports Clubs
  2. Community Organisations
  3. Youth Organisations
  4. Schools

Each of our members are supported by an appointed mentor.  The mentor will allocate 4 hours of their time per month to help the Priority Club member with a range of things that are important to that organisation.  Typically, this can manifest itself in undertaking various tasks such as; completeing small scale funding applications for our members, supporting them with fundraising and income generation, helping them with their web-site, ensuring their policies and procedures are up to date and meet with current legislation, gift aid returns,  securing commercial sponsorship, providing training on a range of areas...........and so on. The beauty about our membership is that each member decides how they want to use that 4 hours per month.  For some larger community organisations, it helps them save time and allows key decision makers to get on with the important things in the organisation .......

Members also get access to a range of additional benefits from our commercial partners, including cheaper travel, 50% off specific hotels, cheaper insurance, cheaper communication costs, cheaper transport, cheaper stationery,  and more...............

Each of our members will provide a full testimony to how they have found their time in the Copius Priority Club.

The Priority Club has a limited number of places per geographic area, allowing us to make our members a 'priority' - so space is limited.  If you are interested in finding out more about our membership please contact Manus on the details below.

The Copius Priority Club - 'because our Club means everything to us'.
