A few questions to consider before purchasing a new photocopier
What type of work do you need the device for?
Most basic question. What are the page size requirements A4 or A3?
How much copying do you produce per month? (this helps to determine the copy speed)
How many people will be using the machine?
What( if any) accessories are required, eg do you need double sided copying or stapling?
Do you require the machine to print and scan? (bearing in mind that it is much cheaper to print to a photocopier than a laser printer).
Is there a colour requirement? (for same reasons as 3).
What are the service levels of the supplier provide (number of service personnel etc).
Service charges and what they include.
Environmental issues regarding the device and the supplier.
If you connect it to the network what savings could be made?
