History

Barclay Communications was established in 1997 as a retail mobile phone shop, and in 1999 we began to focus all our resources towards the specialist needs of the business customer.

Our aim has always been to offer a reliable and comprehensive service, and that has driven us to create a strong in-house customer support system, which includes customer service, repairs, installations, tech support, bill analyser, connections, telesales, stock and account management teams.

Our drive to be the best has awarded us exclusive partnerships with top UK network O2 and Microsoft. These partnerships enable us to offer our business clients unique deals and customer support services that are not available by other UK dealers.

Within our 13 years we have evolved for a mobile phone dealer to a complete communications provider, offering mobile phones, mobilisation solutions, landlines, IT Services, ebusiness, car kits, SMS and email marketing technology. Plus all the in-house customer support these solutions require.

When our business customers needs change or grow, we try to change our organisation to meet their new technology and customer service requirements.

Account Managed Service


All Barclay Communications’ clients receive personal Account Managers, who are trained experts in improving business efficiency with the latest mobilisation technology. The Account Managers listen to each individual client’s requirements, discovering their needs and creating a customised solutions package that could improve their efficiency and increase productivity.

Each Account Manager receives advice and support from our solution specialists, and the backing of our fully trained in-house customer service management teams; with experts in connections, repairs, technical support, stock and general customer service. Our teams can resolve issues quickly and effectively, reducing the necessity for clients to directly contact the contract providers.
