Grant Tracker is the home of fundraising information and guidance in Northern Ireland. It is managed by NICVA and aims to help charitable and other not-for-profit organisations sustain themselves.

About Grant Tracker

Grant Tracker is a fully integrated and interactive website, containing a range of funding schemes across Northern Ireland. It is viewed by on average over 5,000 visitors a month.

Grant Tracker was originally launched as a CD-ROM only version in June 2001 with support from Community Foundation for Northern Ireland and the Lloyds TSB Foundation for Northern Ireland.

The current version was launched in July 2005 with further enhancements added to the site.

Using Grant Tracker

You must be a subscriber to use Grant tracker. However, your subscription gives you complete access to over 1000 funding schemes. The system is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to find the scheme that best suits your needs.

In addition to the schemes, Grant Tracker contains a range of conatct details for grant makers, guidance on fundraising and a selection of publications related to fundraising in Northern Ireland.

How much does Grant Tracker cost?

Grant Tracker now receives no direct grant support for the service it provides, so we have to charge a modest subscription

• Community and voluntary groups: NICVA Member - £85
• Community and voluntary groups: Non-NICVA Member - £130
• All others: Including statutory, private sector and individuals - £250

Each subscription covers up to 3 users with unique IP addresses, that is, working from different computers. For 30 users therefore divide by 3 to find the number of subscriptions required. 30 users/3 = 10 Subscriptions required.

Multi-user licences and bulk purchases

• 3 to 6 Subscriptions: 25% discount
• Over 6 Subscriptions: 30% discount
