Monkstown Village Centre is situated on the outskirts of Belfast, close to Nortel, FG Wilson and the University of Ulster at Jordanstown. The Village Centre has ample parking and a number of rooms which are able to facilitate large or small events. Rooms range in size from professional/client meeting rooms to exhibition size.
Monkstown Village Centre is a development project of Monkstown Community Forum. It is designed to facilitate both business and community users. It has around 90 parking spaces, 17 commercial units and approximately 6,000 sqft of community space containing rooms of various sizes. Monkstown Village Centre was designed to ‘put the heart back into the community’. The development seeks to contribute to the regeneration of the greater Monkstown area.
Monkstown Village Centre’s main hall can cater for approximately 80 people. Rooms can be booked individually or collectively. These are available on a regular, occasional or one-off basis for meetings (public or private), training events or consultations.
Each (or a combination) of these is available for hire on a sessional basis (morning, afternoon and/or evening).
£10/session– community groups
£15/session(+caretaking if out of hours) – funded groups
£50/session– business/statutory groups
Commercial units
Units are priced at £12 per ft2 and are currently shell specification. There is a service charge on each of the units and an insurance premium. Rates are the tenant’s responsibility. Contact:BTW Shiells (028 9026 9223)
