Feedback on CommunityBuyer

Feedback is made up of comments and ratings left by other CommunityBuyer users who have purchased products and services from listed suppliers. Buyers are encouraged to use feedback to help guide others to suppliers with whom they have had a good experience.

Buyers

The buyer is asked to rate the performance of the supplier from 5 (outstanding performance) to 1 (exceptionally poor performance). The supplier’s CommunityBuyer Rating is the average of all of the rates submitted for that supplier. The rating is displayed wherever the supplier’s details are visible on the site.

Comments on the supplier’s performance must be added to enable the suppliers performance to be rated. The comment box allows you the buyer the opportunity to share your general experience and highlight any other minor issues you may have had.

Buyers should also consider the previous comments on the supplier. Again these are available with the supplier’s details.

To add a rate or comment complete the ‘Have your say’ form. We will only publish comments, not contact details on our website. Any other information will be used for internal purposes only, and not sold, rented, or passed on to any third parties.

Feedback tips

  • Always leave feedback after you have purchased a product or service so that other buyers may benefit form you experience
  • Usually a high rating is an indication of good performance but you should always check ‘Views of other Users’
  • Comments should be fair and factual

Sellers

Feedback is a valuable indicator of your reputation as a seller. Individual buyers are encouraged to rate and comment on their purchasing experience with you.

Comments are moderated by NICVA and so if an unfair negative comment has been left you may contact us to discuss it. NICVA will only remove incorrectly left or untrue comments and ratings.
