conditions of advertising

CommunityBuyer is a directory of individuals and private, social economy and Fair Trade suppliers which provide products and services to the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland.

Dealings with customers

As a supplier you will be responsible for providing NICVA with up to date and accurate information on your products and services; and encouraging your customers to comment on you and rate the experience they have had with you. In return NICVA will moderate all comments before they become live and contact to advise you of any negative comments. It will be your responsibility to resolve any issue you have with a customer.

Advertising costs

Advertising costs have been set by NICVA to reflect the positions in the site and to encourage those within the voluntary and community sector to advertise their own social economy products and services (see CommunityBuyer Advertising Rates).

If you wish to set up specific charity or bulk purchase options please contact NICVA directly. If you do wish to advertise your products and services on CommunityBuyer you will be asked to provide us with the information requested in the CommunityBuyer registration form.
