Tendering Opportunity - Independent Evaluator required for The Ulster Peoples College
The College wishes to appoint an independent evaluator to assist the Ulster Peoples College in two areas:
- The development of an evaluation framework to enable UPC to undertake its own formative evaluation throughout the life of the project; and
- To provide a short summative evaluation report at the end of the project, using data provided by UPC.
