Procurement of Community/Voluntary Organisations to deliver on the Maximising Access in Rural Areas (MARA) Project

The project will target all rural super output areas across Northern Ireland and will be tendered for in two stages.Tender submissions are now being invited for the first stage which will cover the first 9 zones as follows.
Zone 1 Banbridge
Zone 2 Magherafelt and Cookstown
Zone 3 Down
Zone 4 Strabane, Derry and Limavady
Zone 5 Larne, Moyle, Ballymena and Antrim
Zone 6 Omagh
Zone 7 Ballymoney and Coleraine
Zone 8 Armagh and Dungannon
Zone 9 Newry, Mourne and Craigavon
The Public Health Agency invites local community/voluntary organisations to submit tenders to lead on the delivery of the project within the 9 identified zones.
Tender documents will be available for download from www.e-sourcingni.bravosolution.co.uk
on Friday 14 October 2011.
Closing date for receipt of completed tenders is 3.00pm on Wednesday 23 November 2011.
An Information Workshop on the MARA Project will be held on Wednesday 26 October 2011 at 2.00pm in the Food Technology Room 6 (FT6), Loughry College Cookstown, BT80 9AA for community/voluntary organisations interested in submitting a tender application for the MARA Project.
Places at the workshop are limited to a maximum of 2 people per organisation. To register attendance at the workshop please email teresa.mcgarvey@hscni.net before 11.00 am on Monday 24 October 2011.
