Invitation to Tender for Provision Of Process Day(s) & Strategic Plan

R.A.F.T. is a Community based Project in Armagh City offering free Psychotherapy/Counselling, Complementary Therapies and a range of therapeutic courses. Invitation to tender for; (a) Process days for R.A.F.T. personnel (1 day at present, additional subject to accessing further funding) to include Strategic & Operational Planning (b) 50 hours assistance with writing Strategic Plan for the R.A.F.T. organisation (capped rates apply to this aspect of the work).

This work is part funded by the Community Relations Council through the Strategic Support Fund & by the Consortium of Pobal & Community Relations Council administering Peace III funds.

Terms of Reference

Provide a detailed written proposal outlining view/model, approach, process and the time lines to be used in developing the Strategic Plan.
The proposed plan must be completed by January 2012.
The proposed plan must clearly define the purpose of the organization and establish realistic goals and objectives consistent with that mission within a realistic timeframe, given the organization’s capacity for implementation.
A key outcome of the proposed plan will be increased productivity through greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Applicants should be able to provide examples that demonstrate their experience and the quality of their work.
The proposal should show a capacity to complete the –process within budget.
